Delivery is £3.99 for 48 hour tracked and £4.99 for 24 hour tracked.
We do offer free delivery on orders over £50.00
We use Royal Mail Full tracking service.
Yes you can track your order, once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email with full tracking details.
You can re-direct your parcel through the royal mail parcel.

All of our Sweets are packed fresh to order, That will stay fresh for a minimum of 6 months, from the date of your order.
To keep sweets perfectly fresh, store them in airtight containers in a cool, dry place (around 18°C) away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Proper storage prevents melting, sugar crystallization, and moisture buildup.
Yes, all of our pick n mix products have a best before date of 6 months from date of Purchase.

Variations in natural ingredient colors, slight temperature differences during production, and packaging changes can also alter the appearance of your favorite treats.

Sweets are not generally suitable for young babies and toddlers, but can be included in moderation for older children.
Products can show as out of stock due to sudden spikes in demand, supply chain delays.
If we discontinue a line it would be unlikely that we would get that back in stock.

Pick & Mix
Yes you can choose a wide variety of sweets in our custom pick and mix range.
It varies on the size of bag you choose. We have sizes ranging from 250G - 3KG.
You can always add in more of one option of your desired sweets.
In the unlikely event that a sweet is out of stock, we would substitute with a sweet we had already chosen.
We avoid sending orders out when the temperature is too hot. & We create a moisture-controlled environment and protect them from physical damage.

We accept all major Debit / Credit card & also Klarna & PayPal.

While we pack every order with great care, transit conditions are unfortunately out of our control. Because temperature shifts and courier handling can affect delicate confectionery, our policy does not cover refunds for items that melt or break during delivery.
